A tag stays on this list until the tagged person posts on that claim in ClaimsForce. The list updates once an hour from 9 AM to 3 PM on weekdays, so a reply drops off at the next hourly update. Thank-yous and FYIs with no ask are left out, and tags older than 30 days fall off. A reply by phone, text or in the field doesn't count until someone posts it on the claim.
